Cinori.com.au 14 Day Exchange PolicyAt Cinori.com.au we know sometimes you have a change of heart about your purchase. Provided you return your purchase in its original unworn condition, in its original box and with proof of purchase within 14 days, we will allow you to exchange it for something else. Please note you the consumer will need to pay the freight back to our warehouse. A postage charge of $15 will be charged for your replacement pair to be sent out. Shipping & ReturnsRefundsWe hope that you’ll be happy with your purchases but we understand that somtimes some things don't work out. To return an item for a refund, simply return your purchase to us unworn, in its original condition and box within 14 days from the date of invoice. Make sure you enclose the original receipt. Return goods to:Cinori.com.au, 100 Cromwell Street Collingwood, Vic, 3066. Sorry, but we are unable to give credits. When you return goods to us please use a reliable method of postage, as Cinori.com.au is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods within 1-5 working days of receiving them at our warehouse (allow for weekends public holidays etc) A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform with our returns policy and a return shipping fee charged. ExchangesPlease make your selection carefully as we can only exchange an item for the same style in a different size within 14 days of the invoice date, subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, simply e-mail billy@cinori.com.au as soon as possible with the size you require so we can reserve it for you. Faulty goodsYou may return faulty items purchased on-line for a refund or exchange within three months of purchase with proof of purchase – receipt or credit card statement. If you intend to return a faulty item, please notify billy@cinori.com.au for advice before returning the item. Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults. Items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. You will be notified and the goods will be returned to you at your own expense. We will refund you for goods deemed faulty, including any postage you paid to receive the goods, and will credit the amount to the credit card you used to purchase the goods.
